Shipping

LemonTree Press shipping charges are calculated based on shipping size, weight and destination. Appropriate mailing charges and sales tax will be added to your purchase price based on the shipping address and method you select.

With all orders, please allow 2 business days for processing in addition to shipping time.

Within the US

• Economy (5 to 8 business days)
• Standard (3 to 4 business days)
• Express (1 to 2 business days)

Canada

• Economy International (6 to 10 business days)
• Standard International (2 to 3 business days)
• Express International (1 to 2 business days)

International

• Economy International (6 to 18 business days)
• Standard International (6 to 12 business days)
• Express International (1 to 5 business days)

Returns & Exchanges

To start a return with LemonTree Press, contact us at  lmnoppress@gmail.com or by phone at 1.831.204.0036. We will process your return within 2 business days. 

Our general return policy is as follows:

• Merchandise returned with the original receipt within 30 days will receive a full refund via original method of payment.
• Merchandise being returned must be in original condition and packaging with all labels intact.
• Merchandise which has been purchased ON SALE is not returnable or exchangeable.
• Seasonal merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
• Gifts returned within 90 days, without original receipt and which can be verified as an LemonTree Press purchase, will receive store credit.
• Merchandise which was not originally purchased at LemonTree Press cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of whether LemonTree Press carries the product line.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or in any way unsatisfactory.
