Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

To start a return with LemonTree Press, contact us at lmnoppress@gmail.com or by phone at 1.831.204.0036. We will process your return within 2 business days. 

Our general return policy is as follows:

• Merchandise returned with the original receipt within 30 days will receive a full refund via original method of payment.
• Merchandise being returned must be in original condition and packaging with all labels intact.
• Merchandise which has been purchased ON SALE is not returnable or exchangeable.
• Seasonal merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.
• Gifts returned within 90 days, without original receipt and which can be verified as an LemonTree Press purchase, will receive store credit.
• Merchandise which was not originally purchased at LemonTree Press cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of whether LemonTree Press carries the product line.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or in any way unsatisfactory.
